Before you call

How much is the service call?

The diagnostic visit is $79. If you go ahead with the repair, that $79 is taken off — you pay only the quoted repair price.

Can you really come today?

Usually yes for calls before noon, Monday to Saturday. Later calls get the first window next morning. You'll know the time window before we hang up.

Do you have the parts with you?

The van carries the parts that fail most often — fan motors, pumps, igniters, heating elements, belts, thermostats, control boards for common models. Special-order parts arrive in 2–4 days and we come back at no extra service charge.

Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?

We'll tell you straight. If the repair costs more than half the price of a new unit on an appliance over 10 years old, we say so and you only pay the diagnostic.

How can I pay?

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card at the door. You get an invoice with the part numbers and the warranty terms by text or email.
